Each and every order is handled personally by us with care! We guarantee our products 100%, and within 14 days we will accepts returns for a full refund, less shipping costs! Comments, concerns or suggestions can be emailed to us at info@theloopscarf.com. Emails will be answered within 24 hours (excluding holidays).

Shipping Information:
Domestic shipping is $5.00 for USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 day delivery. Overnight Air is $20.00. International shipping rates will vary. Before your order is confirmed, we will notify you how much shipping and handling will be. For all options, your order must be received by 10 a.m. Eastern US time to go out that day. Orders received after 10 a.m. will be shipped out the next business day, Monday-Friday.

Returns and Exchanges:
* Tags must be on the unworn item(s) for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
* The original invoice must be included with the item. Without the original invoice, returns and exchanges will not be processed.
* Returns that have been worn will not be refunded or exchanged.
* Refunds will be given the same way the item was paid for.
* Return shipping of returns or exchanges is to be paid for by customer.
